By accessing or using our search and identity verification tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please suspend all API key integrations immediately.
1. Verification Scope & API Audits
You agree to use Congiverify services only for legitimate corporate verification and onboarding purposes. Any attempts to run automated scrapers, denial-of-service attacks, or balance exploits will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent account suspension.
2. Wallet Balances & Credit Consumption Policy
Search credits loaded into user wallets are strictly consumed dynamically at the moment a lookup request is initiated. Because our system calls live external node databases and government verification systems which charge fees per transaction request, credits will be deducted for every lookup made, regardless of the query outcome. Recharges, manual deposits, and billing queries are subject to administrative audit reviews.
3. Prohibited Malicious Use Cases
Unethical usage, unauthorized secondary database caching, scraping of sensitive PAN/GST identity keys, or commercial reselling of verification metadata without explicit platform clearance is strictly prohibited.
4. Service Mediation & Limit of Liability
Congiverify serves as a compliance data mediator between government nodes and enterprise users. We hold zero liability for third-party network latencies, upstream downtime, data inconsistencies, or legal issues resulting from business decisions made based on platform lookup returns.
