Critical Billing Disclosure

Congiverify operates real-time, resource-intensive API pipelines integrated with live external and government registry nodes. Please review our refund guidelines carefully before recharging your wallet.

1. Wallet Credit Purchases & Recharges

All recharges and credit packages added to your Congiverify account wallet are strictly consumed dynamically for searches. If a user requests a payout of their remaining purchased unused balance, they may raise a cancellation request within 3 days of payment. **Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source payment method within 5-7 business days**.

2. Refund Conditions for Search Failures

If an API tool execution encounters a backend timeout or critical provider connection crash (system error), the search is declared failed, and **the lookup credits are refunded instantly and fully to the user's wallet balance**.

No credit rollbacks will be issued for search queries that successfully run but return a **"Not Found"** status (such as when a vehicle is missing from database registries or an incorrect ID is typed in), as the gateway resources are consumed during query execution.

3. Failed Payments & Billing Grievances

If your payment was debited but credits did not reflect in your wallet, please share details with our billing team to resolve it within 24 hours. Refunds for failed transactions will be credited back to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
